1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been shipped.
2. Refunds
- Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of astrology and vastu products/services, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been shipped or a service has been delivered.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of:
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized astrology reports, vastu consultations, gemstones energized as per individual details, and yantras are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Policy
- If a product is damaged during transit, customers may request a replacement by contacting us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
